Terms of Use
The rules for using the varzish.fit app and website, including memberships, free trials and your training safety.
In short: varzish.fit gives general fitness guidance, not medical advice, so check with a doctor and train safely. Memberships renew through the App Store until you cancel; a free version stays available. We own the content, you own your training data, and you can delete your account any time.

1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Nabeel Ahmed Moolji, trading as varzish.fit (“we”, “us”). They cover the varzish.fit mobile app and the website at fit.varzish.app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for checking that exercise is suitable for you (see section 3).
3. Fitness information, not medical advice
Please read this carefully. varzish.fit provides general exercise information, workout plans and setup guides. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Plans and guides are produced by automated rules from the answers you give and are not individually reviewed. Some content may still be marked as a draft or awaiting expert review.
- Check with a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, a health condition, or have not trained for a long time.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
- Strength training has inherent risk of injury. You use the Service and train at your own risk, to the extent the law allows. Set up machines and weights safely and use a spotter where appropriate.
- We do not guarantee any particular result.
4. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. You can sign in with email, Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account & privacy, which also ends your access to anything you did not use.
5. Free version and memberships
The Service has a free version with limited access (for example, a small set of exercises) and paid memberships that unlock more, such as your plan, workouts, progress tracking and the 3D setup guides. What each option includes is shown in the app before you buy. We may change what is free or paid in future; we will not take away a membership feature you have already paid for during the period you paid for.
6. Subscriptions, free trials and payments
- Payment and renewal. Memberships are bought through the App Store (or Google Play on Android). Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) when you confirm the purchase. Weekly, monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. If a trial is offered, it is shown before you subscribe, together with the price that applies afterwards. When the trial ends it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for access for as long as we operate the Service. It does not renew. Some offers, such as founder pricing, are limited by number or by country.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings (or Google Play). Deleting the app or your varzish.fit account does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and include any taxes the store collects. We may change prices; a change applies to your next renewal after notice as the store requires, and you can cancel before then.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them under their policies. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights the law gives you.
7. Our content and how you may use it
The Service, including the app, plans, exercise videos and pictures, 3D guides, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial training. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, sell, publicly display or reverse engineer the content or the app, remove notices, or use the content to train other software, except as the law allows.
8. Your data
You keep ownership of what you put in the Service, such as your training logs and notes. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not break the law, share your account, attempt to access other people’s data or our systems without permission, overload or disrupt the Service, introduce malware, use automated means to extract content, or use it to harm others.
10. Notifications and emails
We send service messages (such as sign-in codes and billing notices) as part of the Service. Workout reminders and other notifications are sent only if you allow them, and marketing email only if you opt in. You can change these at any time in the app.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with Apple, Google, RevenueCat and others. Their terms apply to the parts they provide, such as sign-in and payments, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Changes to the Service; test versions
We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. Some versions, such as TestFlight builds, are for testing and may contain errors or be changed or removed at any time.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires, or if we stop offering the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice, and refund any prepaid, unused period or lifetime purchase where the law requires). Sections that by their nature should continue after the agreement ends will do so.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that guides and plans suit your body or goals. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
15. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for injury caused by how you choose to train. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan can hear disputes, but this does not remove the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live: if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with such rules, you keep those rights and may also bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at support@varzish.app; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
17. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation for the app. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app or your use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection. Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo or on a US government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and by continuing to use the Service after that you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
